I recently had the good fortune to be interviewed by Michelle Duval, a pioneering thought-leader in developmental and transformational coaching. Located in Australia, Michelle has coached thousands of clients worldwide and is a teacher of coaches, certifying executives and professional coaches from over 35 countries in a cutting-edge model she co-developed with Dr. L. Michael Hall. I found my time with her to be an absolute delight. I see why for the last 14 years she’s had a 3-6 month client waiting list!

The intent of our conversation was how positive psychology can be applied in a coaching context. Here’s the recording of the interview. For those who want more to support a coaching practice, check out additional resources on Michelle’s site, Excelerate Coach Mentoring.
