I believe in the power of like-minded people coming together in service of a shared vision to make a positive difference. That’s why I’m excited to announce WBI’s new partnership with the VIA Institute on Character. This partnership provides a free online course for professionals who want to focus on the application of character strengths in their coaching, leadership, or educational work.

As with all of our courses, this program is rooted in science and taught by leading experts, including Wholebeing Institute’s co-founder and Chief Learning Officer Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar and VIA Institute’s Education Director Dr. Ryan Niemiec. Additional WBI faculty include Dr. Maria Sirois, VP of curriculum, and Lynda Wallace, leader of the positive psychology coaching course. And yes, I’ll be presenting as well, focusing on a strengths-based focus in leadership. In monthly webinars, each teacher will focus on a different professional application of the strengths-based approach, showing how to use the VIA Survey assessment in coaching, leading, or teaching to foster engagement and well-being in individuals, teams, schools, and organizations.

I’m very excited about working with this team, and most especially about having you participate so together we can move this work forward. Register here.
