Book Study Leader
Term: 12 months | Slots: 2 *
Coordinates monthly readings with the facilitator, chooses books to study based on community feedback, supports the process, and improves the system.
Book Study Facilitator
Term: 1 month | Slots: 12
Facilitates one month of discussion for a particular book and creates engaging questions for the readers to consider and thoughtful ways to enliven conversation.
Vision Leader
Term: 12 months | Slots: 2 *
Guides vision development by designing the process, gathering data, assimilating input, and organizing perspectives to develop a living community vision that has a continual feedback loop.
Vision Contributor
Term: 3-6 months | Slots: 6
Actively works with the vision leader to design questions and engage CAPP members in conversation, helping to gather formal and informal data in service and support of the community vision development.

Guides the programming by gathering community input, creating necessary sub-committees, and drafting a proposed schedule and focus. Works with the community, Kripalu, and course director to vet the schedule and coordinate the implementation. Leads the event.
Alumni Reunion Contributor
Term: 12 months | Slots: 8
Actively works with alumni reunion leader to gather member feedback, design the weekend, and support the implementation.
Learning Exchange Leader
Term: 12 months | Slots: 2 *
Guides the live, online video programming by gathering community input, creating a format flow for the 60-minute production, and coordinates proposed speakers with the course director. May be called to moderate or host these live events, so synchronous training experience is very helpful.
Learning Exchange Contributor
Term: 12 months | Slots: 4 *
Actively works with the Learning Exchange Leader to gather member feedback, design the live events, and support the implementation.
