The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year, and it has great meaning for me. It’s a time of reflection, of being quiet. A time to rest so that we can grow consciously and intentionally when the days lengthen again. This is in direct conflict with the holiday madness going on now.
To counteract that madness, here’s a Winter Solstice body scan meditation. Creating it helped me reconnect with the quieter joys of the season. I hope it does the same for you.
