There are moments in history when tending only to individual happiness feels incomplete. Not because joy doesn’t matter — but because it was never meant to be carried alone. We are living in one of those moments now. Many people feel it in their bodies and daily lives: heightened uncertainty, nervous system strain, moral fatigue, economic pressure, and a quiet sense that the old ways of coping no longer quite fit. This collaborative is for people who don’t want to retreat from what’s happening — and also don’t want to meet it alone. It’s a shared space for those who sense that what’s being asked of us now isn’t just personal resilience, but collective capacity: the ability to stay grounded, connected, clear, and human together, even in demanding times.
The Inspired Life is an eight month Wholebeing Collaborative — a facilitated, reflective peer space for staying grounded, connected, and resourced while we live and work through a demanding moment together. Using the SPIRE framework — spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional wellbeing — we focus on cultivating daily practices that support clarity, steadiness, and humane action over time. This collaborative is for people who sense that personal wellbeing matters most when it strengthens our capacity to show up — in our lives, our communities, and the places where care and responsibility are being asked of us now.
We begin May 13, 2026.
Our monthly rhythm: live Zoom gatherings on the second Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM ET, with open circles the fourth Wednesday at the same time for deeper connection and conversation.
From the Founder: On Choosing Community
I’ve intentionally shifted the focus of Wholebeing Institute.
What began as an educational organization teaching the evidence-based science of happiness has evolved into something deeper — and, in this moment, more necessary: a connected community.
More than ever, I see how much people need to belong. To be in conversation. To walk alongside one another — not as students consuming content, but as humans living real lives in a complex time.
Courses can inform. But community is what holds.
Over this past year, I’ve chosen to invest my time, energy, and heart in collaboratives rather than courses. That choice is not accidental. It is the way I want to complete this chapter.
I don’t want to close the doors quietly or abruptly. I want to finish in community — practicing the very principles we’ve taught for years: connection, reflection, shared leadership, and hope.
This moment is asking something different of us — not more information, not more self-improvement, but more presence, relationship, and shared capacity. So this is my stake in the ground: No one stands alone.
As I transition from my role at Wholebeing Institute, I want to do so in collaboration with all who feel called to join. Not as an ending alone, but as a season of living well together.
The Inspired Life is my response to that truth — an eight-month space to practice wellbeing in community, to steady ourselves through uncertainty, and to remember that how we live now matters — not just individually, but collectively.

What a live facilitated Circle includes
Each circle follows a thoughtful rhythm — designed to help you arrive fully, reflect honestly, and leave grounded.
Arrival & Mindfulness Practice
We begin by settling in together. Through a guided mindfulness practice, we shift out of roles, tasks, and urgency — and arrive as people. This moment regulates the nervous system and establishes a shared field of presence before any conversation begins. The work starts with attention.
A Focused Reflection Moment
You’ll be introduced to a single idea or inquiry drawn from mindfulness and the science of happiness. Often, it gently challenges a common assumption or names a pattern many of us are quietly living inside. This isn’t content to master. It’s a lens — something to hold up to your own experience and explore.
Small-Group Inquiry
Participants move into small breakout groups of three to four, guided by clear and reflective prompts.
These conversations are structured for listening, noticing, and mutual reflection — not advice-giving or fixing. This is where genuine connection forms. People recognize themselves in one another and feel less alone in what they’re navigating. Insight emerges through shared experience.
Integration & Carry-Forward
We close by gathering what surfaced and offering one simple practice, question, or noticing to carry into daily life. Nothing heavy. Nothing performative. Just a way to remain in relationship with what matters between sessions.
Over time, these circles create a steady rhythm of presence and connection — a place to return to, month after month, as life continues to unfold.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are the live gatherings?
We meet live on Zoom the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM ET. This is our anchor point—your monthly rhythm reset. Depending on the energy and needs of the group, we may add informal connection times, and you’re always encouraged to initiate peer meetups as well. This is a co-created space, so the flow evolves with us.
Will the live sessions be recorded?
Nope. This is a live, facilitated peer experience—and the magic happens in real time. That said, if a particular teaching or moment feels worth capturing, I may record a short segment and share it in the private space. But plan to show up and participate fully—that’s where the transformation lives.
Will Inspired Life be offered again?
No. Inspired Life is a one-time collaborative, created during my final year of active teaching through Wholebeing Institute. There are no future cohorts or renewals planned.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We get it. If, after three months, you find the Collaborative isn’t a fit, you can cancel your membership. You can review the full terms and conditions here.
