When the traditional markers of progress fade—no more graduations, promotions, or new titles, no births or marriages to mark—it becomes clear:

The next chapter is wholly your own. Yours to create. Yours to choose.

And that’s what leadership is: Leading your life with purpose. Not for a team or a company—but for yourself.

The Choice to Lead is a yearlong Wholebeing Collaborative—a facilitated, reflective peer space to name what matters now, to experiment in real time with your next chapter, and to build a life of alignment and contribution alongside others who are listening for what’s next.

It’s for those ready to stop waiting and start creating. Ready to choose presence over busyness, clarity over chaos, and meaningful contribution over meaningless hustle.

This is where being meets becoming. The Choice to Lead isn’t a course you “take”—it’s a path you shape. Not someone else’s curriculum, but your own course of action—sculpted from stillness, sparked in a circle of care.

This facilitated peer group isn’t about climbing higher on the corporate ladder—it’s about standing deeper in your truth. It’s not about speed, but about substance. Not about proving, but about aligning. It’s a collaborative container to support your evolving leadership, steady growth, and grounded becoming.

From the Founder: A Life of Choosing to Lead

I’ve sculpted my life over and over again—not by following a standard path, but by building what each season called for.

From being a nuclear medicine technologist to becoming a yoga teacher. From managing a $300 million alliance at DuPont to guiding meditation on a mat. From teaching yoga to architecting Kripalu’s online learning infrastructure. From founding Wholebeing Institute to serving as Global Director of Growth at the Women Presidents Organization.

None of these chapters were handed to me. I created them. Not always with ease—but always with intention.

That’s the kind of leadership I believe in—the kind you grow into by listening, by choosing, by creating instead of consuming. And that’s what this space is about.

I’m in yet another season of change myself. I’ll be walking this path alongside you—using this collaborative not just as a space I facilitate, but as a space that supports my own becoming, too.

We don’t need another expert. We need honest containers to practice what matters. Together.

Why Now

Maybe you’re shifting careers. Maybe you’re launching a business. Maybe you’re leaving behind something that once fit but no longer does.

Whatever the transition, this much is true: You don’t want to do meaningless, energy-sucking work anymore. Time feels more precious. You want your days to count. And you want to be surrounded by others who get it.

The Choice to Lead invites you to:

  • Claim your own leadership path—not the one handed to you
  • Build your own framework—not someone else’s model
  • Create space in your life that reflects your real values

This isn’t about chasing a title. It’s about choosing to lead from your core.

What You’ll Experience

Rather than another year of figuring it out alone, imagine this:
Each Day

You can connect in a private online space—sharing insights, asking questions, or simply being witnessed.

Each Month

You gather together live for reflection and action—a grounding rhythm to return to what matters.

Each Season

You explore one of four leadership dimensions—rooted in both being and becoming, presence and impact.

Each Year

You choose a unifying theme—something anchoring, personal, and regenerative—woven through your leadership lens.

How We’ll Play Together

A common question is: How much time will I need to devote to this?
Let’s reframe that right from the start.

That question—while practical—comes from a goal-oriented, get-it-done mindset. It assumes “work” means tasks, to-dos, and milestones to hit. And while we will create, reflect, and grow, the spirit of this work (if we can still call it that) is something else entirely:

It’s about freedom, fun, and exploration.

When you played as a child, you didn’t ask, How much time do I need to carve out to play with friends? You just played. The play was the work.

That’s the spirit here. We’re inviting ourselves to play again—in the sandbox of life.
To try on new things in a safe space. To discard what doesn’t fit. To follow the flow of what excites us and let go of what doesn’t. To make a mess—and have a blast doing it.

That said, here’s the rhythm you can expect:

  • 90 minute live Zoom gathering each month, where we reflect on seasonal themes and explore how they’re unfolding in our lives
  • Optional “playgroup” sessions with peers you feel drawn to co-create or deepen the conversation with
  • A private online space (like a social feed) for sharing reflections, photos, video, and ideas-in-process
  • Access to the full Choice to Lead course to support your evolving leadership framework, with practices you can use at your own pace.

This is not a program you complete. It’s a living, playful exploration.

And as we move through the year together, we’ll explore a wholebeing model of leadership—one that honors both the inner and outer work of shaping a meaningful life.

The Choice to Lead Year

This will be a year shaped not by someone else’s answers—but by your own unfolding questions. Each season, we explore one facet of leadership together. Not as a curriculum to complete, but as an inquiry to live into.

January–March: Self-Leadership
In the depth of winter and the early signs of spring…
What seeds are in the ground? What’s quietly calling to emerge? What’s still fallow—and asking to rest a little longer? How do I want to be with myself as I begin again?

April–June: Structured Leadership
As life blooms outward…
Where do I want to focus my energy? What do I need to prune back or release? What structures would support my creativity or clarity? How might I use my power wisely and well?

July–September: Shared Leadership
In the warmth of summer and the height of collaboration…
Who do I trust to walk alongside me? What does it mean to share power, not just hold it? How can I show up fully—and invite others to do the same? What’s possible when leadership is co-created, and I don’t have to do it all myself?

October–December: Life Leadership
As the year begins to turn inward again…
What is life asking of me now? What can I surrender to? How do I meet the unknown with grace? What rhythms want to guide the next season of my life?

What Will You Walk Away With?

That depends on what you’re walking toward.

Some people arrive in transition—leaving something behind and unsure of what’s next. Others arrive with a spark of a new vision that hasn’t quite found its shape yet. What unites us is a commitment to lead our lives—and our work—with more presence, alignment, and courage.

Here are just a few of the tangible outcomes possible:

A Personal Leadership Framework: an articulation—written or visual—of how you lead across four dimensions. It becomes a compass, a mirror, and a declaration. Tangible. Personalized. Useful across roles and stages. This is how I lead. This is what grounds me.

Your Living Leadership Calendar: A flexible rhythm for the year ahead—based on your real values, priorities, and energy. This is not a productivity hack. It’s a conscious choice about how you spend your precious time. Clear. Regenerative. Permission-giving. This is the shape I want this year to take.

A Signature Project: For those who want to build something—this could be a program, retreat, community, book, offering, or even a lifestyle shift. You’ll have peers to test ideas with, celebrate wins, and navigate blocks. Creative. Self-directed. Supported.
This is what I’m bringing into the world.

A Circle to Grow With: Some people leave with new collaborators, co-creators, or long-term peer circles. Some find lifelong friends. Relational. Ongoing. Uplifting.
This is who I grow with.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the live gatherings?
We meet live on Zoom the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM ET. This is our anchor point—your monthly rhythm reset. Depending on the energy and needs of the group, we may add informal connection times, and you’re always encouraged to initiate peer meetups as well. This is a co-created space, so the flow evolves with us.
Will the live sessions be recorded?
Nope. This is a live, facilitated peer experience—and the magic happens in real time. That said, if a particular teaching or moment feels worth capturing, I may record a short segment and share it in the private space. But plan to show up and participate fully—that’s where the transformation lives.

What’s the cancellation policy?
Life shifts. We get it. If, after three months, you find the Collaborative isn’t a fit, you can cancel your membership. You can review the full terms and conditions here.
