A cairn is an impermanent human-made stack of stones. They have been used to mark a path and to set boundaries. We have been through 20 months of a global pandemic. Our capacity for resilience has been challenged, we’ve adapted and found our individual ways to move forward. In the darkness, many of us found ways to thrive. We have experimented with new ways of coming together, creatively using technology to fight isolation and build virtual communities. We continue to live in a liminal time. It is a time between what was and what is yet to be. We can each take a purposeful pause; to look back, to examine our experiences, to honor all our emotions and acknowledge our grief, to face the uncertainty AND to look forward with hope. In this session you will be invited to reflect AND to think about your next steps with discernment and self-efficacy, beginning to build a Cairn for your path forward.
