Writing: The Life/Death/Life Cycle–Part 2

Full Course: Monday, October 13–Friday, November 7, 2025
Live sessions: Thursdays, 12–1:30 pm ET

When we write, whether that is scribbling or rhyming, story crafting or freestyling, we give ourselves the chance to know what is at the center of our being. And when we pair that chance with the courage it takes to hold both the light and the dark at the same time – that which is life-giving and that which is deadening – we create openings to understandings that can shape the very quality of our days. We free ourselves to see and know more truly…and from that grasp the finite and the eternal.

Who This Is For
There is no need to have taken the first offering of this class (held in March of this year). All are welcome.
Anyone who seeks to write or find the words to enable wisdom during this time is invited.
Schedule and Time Commitment
Each weekly, live session is 1.5 hours, Thursdays 12–1:30 pm ET Oct. 16, 23, 30 and Nov. 6

Each session will offer homework assignments supporting the weekly themes. This work is not mandatory, but suggested. In addition, each week, as part of the live lessons, we will share quotes, phrases, writing prompts, and reading recommendations to deepen our work and inspire us to put pen to paper.
