In times of uncertainty and challenge, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or lost. Lost and Found: Resilience, Restoration, and Returning to Ourselves in Troubled Times is a one-time online conversation designed to help you steady yourself in difficult moments.
This session is for anyone who’s ready to acknowledge their worries and discover practices that can help navigate life’s storms—both the ones close to home and those that feel farther away. Together, we’ll explore the power of resilience, the importance of restoration, and how we can reconnect with our inner strength during troubled times.
Don’t miss this opportunity to ground yourself, find balance, and gain practical insights to guide you through whatever challenges you may be facing.
