Usually I keep my political voice personal. But as there are many in our student body affected by the latest executive order, the personal has become organizational.

I’m writing today to remind you that, no matter where you’re coming from politically or geographically, you are welcome at Wholebeing Institute.

This organization stands for the best in humanity. In fact, we exist in order to teach how to strive for our highest and best—as individuals, as a community, as a nation, and as a world.

When our world is in tumult, our sense of safety is affected. Our nervous system is activated and, because of our biology, the negative looms large.

Remember: We have choices. The first choice is who we want to be. Uncertainty is a great catalyst for us to become certain of our values.

Stay the course. The conversation continues.
