Whether you’re a graduate of a course at Wholebeing Institute, or a guest on our site, you’re invited to participate in our ongoing book study group. Each month, we will feature a book on the science of well-being. Our intention is to create a learning circle that supports personal and professional flourishing.

Book discussions will be led by Mina Simhai, a graduate of WBI’s Certificate in Positive Psychology program (CiPP3), a WBI teaching assistant for CiPP4, and teacher of Positive Psychology and Public Health at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
